Takotsubo cardiomyopathy

In Fazal and colleagues' Grand Round ( JRSM 2007;100:573 ), 1 there is an incorrect date. Takotsubo cardiomyopathy was first reported by Satoh et al. in 1990; 2, 3, 4 Kawai et al., cited in the Fazal article, published their report ten years later.
