Abstract
Netherton's syndrome, or 'bamboo hair' syndrome, is an unusual disorder in which ichthyosiform dermatosis and characteristic defects of the hair shaft are found. It is associated with atopy and recurrent infection, which often affects the skin. We report a case of severe recurrent bacterial vaginosis in a female patient with Netherton's syndrome.
