Abstract
Haemoglobin and glucosephosphate isomerase phenotypes can be determined on a single gel by electrofocusing of haemolysates. It is proposed that the number of phenotypic combinations produced by this procedure makes it suitable for the genetic monitoring of the more commonly used inbred strains of mice.
