Abstract
A Special Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers was held at 1 Birdcage Walk, Westminster, London SW1H 9JJ, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, 21st September 1977, for the purpose of considering the Resolution printed in the Appendix to this report. The President, Professor Sir Hugh Ford, was in the Chair.
