An instrument is described which has been developed for making multi-point pressure measurements inside the thigh portion of a femoral fracture brace. The construction of pneumatic sensing elements, which could be used in various forms in a range of applications, is described together with a comparator circuit which allows pressure monitoring over a period of time.
