Abstract
Abstract
Waste rubber is turned to fine rubber powder of above 60 mesh through freezing and pulverizing at a low temperature by an air turbine with a reflux refrigeration cycle system. The cost of energy consumption for the process is only one tenth of that for the traditional liquid nitrogen freezing and pulverizing process widely used in the world. It is a creative new process for the recovery of waste rubber without any contamination.
