Abstract
Camille Tessitore King is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, where she teaches Introduction to Psychology, Great Experiments in Psychology, Biological Psychology, as well as other advanced topic courses such as Drugs and Behavior. She received her BA, MA, and PhD from the University of Virginia where her research career began as an undergraduate student. King's research focus is on identifying the neural circuits involved in taste-related behaviors.
Linda M. Bartoshuk is a Professor in the Departments of Surgery and Psychology at Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, Connecticut. She does psychophysical research on genetic variation in taste as well as with patients with taste disorders. She received her BA from Carleton College and her PhD from Brown University. She has been President of the Association for Chemoreception Sciences, the Eastern Psychological Association, and Divisions 1 (General Psychology) and 6 (Behavioral Neuroscience and Comparative Psychology) of the American Psychological Association.
