In this article, I describe the essay test feedback technique of selecting a very good (full-credit) essay answer from a student in class and distributing an anonymous copy of this answer to all students. For the assessment, students in 4 psychology classes that used the technique responded anonymously. Results indicated that students believe this form of feedback is helpful.
