Abstract
A classroom exercise for demonstrating 12 instigators of aggression is described. Videotapes of scenes from movies that depicted aggression were brought to class by some students. All students in class then judged the scenes for the presence or absence of 12 instigators of aggression. Pedagogical benefits of the activity are discussed.
