Abstract
Previous work on the Au-In-Pb system has been confined to an examination of the AuIn-In-Pb partial system. In this work Karnowsky and Yost produced evidence to show that the AuIn-Pb section of the ternary system is a pseudobinary which is characterized by a monotectic and a eutectic reaction.
