Abstract
The corrosion resistance of six different zinc electrodeposits on steel was tested using potentiodynamic, weight loss, and salt spray techniques. Best results were obtained with coatings containing nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and it is recommended that further studies on the effects of NTA in coating baths should be conducted.
