The viscoplastic deformation and flow of powder metallurgy materials are discussed. This study is both a review and a research article. The theory presented can be treated as a review paper. The experiments have been undertaken by the author to identify the parameters of viscoplastic properties of iron, copper and aluminium powders. The results obtained can be useful in modelling of viscoplastic powder metallurgy materials.
