Abstract
The statistical quality control is not much applied to the minerals industry but is considerably promising. The present study was carried out in Maratha Cement Works, GACL, India for this purpose. Based on the available data, the present study focuses on the characteristics of the deposit and provides an understanding whether the statistical quality control can be applied in the grade quality and if so, what effect it can make.
