ABS/fly ash composites are prepared using melt compounding technique and the standard samples are subjected to various characterisation studies. Mechanical, dynamic mechanical, thermal, morphological and rheological properties of the composites have been conducted and the results are corroborated. The thermal properties of the ABS composites have improved with the addition of fly ash filler. Hence, the increased performance characteristics of the developed composites suggesting its use in automobile industries to attain the end use applications.
