Abstract
Ovarian ectopic pregnancy is a rare variant of ectopic implantation, which is seldom diagnosed before surgery. Here we describe a 24 year old woman who was diagnosed by ultrasound as having a multiple ovarian pregnancy. Since her symptoms were mild, the b-hCG was falling, and the serum progesterone level was suggestive of failed pregnancy, she was treated conservatively. This case may be the first report of multiple ovarian pregnancy diagnosed with ultrasound and managed conservatively.
