The Role of Ultrasound in Early Pregnancy: We Have Created a Monster

Abstract

This article is framed around a series of questions posed to an audience at the BMUS Annual Scientific Meeting, Harrogate, in December 2007. The audience answers are presented after each question, followed by an explanation for some of the diagnostic issues faced on a day to day basis on early pregnancy units.
