Abstract
In this paper, PVA/Fe3O4 composite nanofibres with diameters ranging from 100 to 300 nm via an electrospinning technique were obtained. The polyvinyl alcohol/magnetite nanofibres exhibited superparamagnetic behaviour at room temperature. In the presence of an applied magnetic field, the oriented nanofibres were obtained in the direction parallel to the magnetic field.
