Abstract
The inaugural Marcel Pourbaix Awards for Promotion of International Cooperation were presented at a ceremony organised by the International Corrosion Council (ICC) in Brussels in April. In another presentation Marcel Pourbaix was himself honoured in acknowledgement of his contribution to the international corrosion community.
