Abstract
The corrosion behaviour of aluminium coupled to copper in water and in aqueous solutions of glycols has been. studied by means of electrochemical corrosion tests carried out in the temperature range between amblent and 90°c.
The variation of the galvanic current, Ig, with time has been recorded, and the results show that glycols have mhlbltmg propertles in the galvanic corrosion of aluminium.
