Abstract
Pulmonary sequestration is a malformation of the embryonic foregut defined as a mass of nonfunctioning pulmonary tissue that does not connect to the tracheobronchial tree. Prenatal diagnosis of subdiaphragmatic pulmonary sequestration has become more common. This report describes a case of a suprarenal mass identified at 24 weeks' gestation and the differential diagnosis that should be considered.
