Abstract
This report presents a case of a monoamnioticmonochorionic twin gestation with a marginal placental insertion site, adjacent umbilical cords, entangled umbilical cords, abnormally long cords, one fetus affected with anencephaly, and another twin with no apparent abnormalities.
