Abstract

Sage would like to apologize for the missing Conflict of Interest statement in the following article-
Pap R, Stephenson M, Simpson P, Lockwood C. Acceptability of Australian prehospital care quality indicators: An explanatory sequential mixed methods study. Paramedicine. 2023;20(2):38-50. doi:10.1177/27536386231158390
Robin Pap is an Associate Editor of Paramedicine and Paul Simpson is the Editor-in-Chief of Paramedicine.
The required COI statement was accidentally omitted from this manuscript.
The COI statement has now been updated.
Sage confirms that the Editor-in-Chief and the Associate Editor did not participate in any Editorial decision made on the paper. Despite the absence of the COI statement, the Associate Editor’s and the Editor-in-Chief’s involvement as authors were identified at the time of initial submission as part of routine preliminary review. The paper was subsequently handled by another Editorial Board member and was subjected to anonymized peer review in adherence to the journal's policy.
