Abstract
At a time when schools are grappling with the issue of high stress levels among students due to the pressure to perform, the Triple S Framework is a simple tool which, when calibrated and used effectively, can potentially yield multi-pronged benefits. Depending on the context and the depth of implementation, an overall sense of well-being can be nurtured by a focus on developing a sense of bonding, camaraderie, physical fitness and a sense of purpose and identity. An important aspect of this tool is that once the initial seeding is done in young minds, they will be empowered to propel themselves in the right direction without the need for much external resources or assistance. Some level of periodic mentoring and motivation is all that would be needed for the momentum to be sustained.
