Purpose: This case report describes a patient with retinal vasculitis and intraocular inflammation secondary to lymphomatoid granulomatosis who was later found to have concurrent cytomegalovirus retinitis. Methods: Case report. Results: The patient was treated with antivirals and his condition improved. Conclusions: Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is a rare multisystem disease that can involve the eye but it is important to consider concurrent infectious etiologies.
