A Bibliography for Agricultural Missionaries

Abstract

The following bibliography was prepared by the office of Agricultural Missions, Inc., of which the Reverend J. Benton Rhoades is Executive Secretary. This is the first “bibliography on this topic published by the Missionary Research Library since December 1956, when Volume VII, Number 10 of the Occasional Bulletin carried the title, “Agricultural and Rural Missions - A Selected Bibliography”.

In the restructuring of the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the U.S.A., Agricultural Missions, Inc., while still maintaining its separate identity, is becoming, on January 1, 1965; an integral part of the Division of Overseas Ministries as the “Agricultural Missions - Rural Development” section of DOM's Department of Specialized Ministries.
