The authors would like to alert the readers to the following modification in their article. The authors would like to correct their statement of ethics approval and patient consent.
In the Methods section, the following sentence has been removed:
“Informed consent and confidentiality of information about participants was obtained for the study.”
In the ethical approval received from Xavier University School of Medicine, Aruba’s Institutional Review Board, it granted waiver to seek informed consent from the participants.
The Xavier University School of Medicine confirms that this modification does not change the overall conclusions of the study and did not violate any research ethics.
