Drawing on 6 years of classroom use across 14 sections, the paper evaluates the simulation’s structure, instructional fit, and pedagogical value. It outlines how BizCafe fosters strategic thinking through cross-functional decision-making in marketing, operations, human resources, and finance. The simulation’s competitive format, intuitive interface, and flexible instructional design support both in-class and online use. Descriptions of instructional flow, custom assessments, and student engagement phases provide guidance for educators seeking to integrate experiential learning into their courses.
