Abstract
This classroom fosters students’ ability to analyze variations of Goleman’s leadership styles, recognize the impact of these styles on decision-making, and demonstrate how leaders who employ distinct leadership styles communicate. Through role-playing and observation, the exercise enhances student motivation, comprehension, and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving in a group setting. It can be adapted for different class sizes, instructional modalities, and both undergraduate and graduate students, promoting critical thinking and active learning through real-world scenarios.
