Abstract
This experiential exercise outlines a mini-mock trial designed to educate students on the legalities and ethics surrounding disability discrimination. Using a real U.S. federal court case and court documents, students explore a managerial issue through role-play and active learning, gaining skills in legal reasoning and ethical decision-making. This exercise is suitable for undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, HR management, I/O psychology, business ethics, and the legal environment of business.
