Abstract
X-Culture is an 8-week global virtual team project in which students are placed on teams with students from other countries to develop a business proposal for an organization. Students learn experientially how to navigate cross-cultural communication and encounter real-life challenges of working virtually. An overview of the project, guidance for implementing it into a management course, and suggestions for teaching based on experience of use are discussed.
