Abstract
In teaching leadership, a key element to include should be a discussion about vision: what it is, how to communicate it, and how to ensure that it is effective and shared. This article describes a series of exercises that rely on videos to illustrate different aspects of vision and visioning, both in the positive and in the negative. The article also shares the videos and supporting materials that build these exercises. The exercises can be used in undergraduate or graduate leadership classes and can be easily used in an online class.
