A reader contacted Sage with concerns regarding the authenticity of several citations included in the article’s reference list.
When contacted for comment, the authors acknowledged the presence of non-retrievable references and explained this may be the result of an oversight on their part during the compilation of the reference list. The authors requested to correct the article with revised references including numerous references not previously cited. The authors deny the use of a third party in the writing or submission of the article.
As the references supporting this research can no longer be relied upon, this article has been retracted.
The first author Shipa, M.F.E., agreed with the decision to retract. The other authors did not respond to the decision to retract.
