Abstract
The objective of this article is to indicate that perception of justice in the workplace can be comprehended as a positive experience about oneself leading to psychological well-being (PWB), which in reciprocation promotes citizenship behaviors at the organizational level. The present study endeavors to explore the mediating effect of PWB on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). The study has been conducted on a sample of 200 employees working in banking and automobile industries. The collected data are pertinent to Pearson r and hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship among the key study variables. The article concludes that the key study variables can prove to be an organizational milieu to enable employees to cultivate a worthwhile life.
