In the January issue, the deadline for the CE Module answers for “Low Back Pain: Prevention and Management” was stated incorrectly on the answer sheet. The correct date is December 31, 1996. In the February issue, the deadline for the CE Module answers for “The Diagnosis and Management of Asthma: An Update” was stated incorrectly in the instructions. The correct date is January 31, 1997.
