Abstract
In the October 1994 issue (vol 42 no 10), in the CE article, “Tuberculosis: Update and Guidelines for Management,” by Maria Lyzen and Deanna Winter, there were two errors on page 503. In the fourth paragraph under the heading, Diagnosis of Tuberculosis (CDC, 1993), two references were missing. The reference for both the American Thoracic Society and the CDC recommendations is CDC, 1991a (listed on page 510). Weregret the errors.
In addition, on page 499, Manuscript Editor R. Douglas Starkey's job title is Director of Employee Health, Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Weregret the omission.
