Abstract
It is unreasonable to expect occupational health nurses (OHNs) to memorize all the information needed for effective practice. OHNs should have adequate resource materials (library) available to aid them in quickly obtaining needed information.
The library could also be of use to other safety and health personnel, management and employees. Nine content areas for the library are described.
