Abstract
The health interview on a planned basis is an important function of the nurse in employee health services. Policies should be well defined and reviewed at stated intervals to cover this nursing function. The nurse needs to review her capabilities in the health interview program of the health services. Mainly the health interview in the pre-placement process is outlined.
