Abstract
One of the most popular programs at the 1962 AAIN Conference was a refresher course for nurses on Cardiovascular Disease in Industry. Because of the great interest in this special course the Journal is publishing in the following section the remarks by Oglesby Paul, M.D., a summary of modern health techniques of cardiovascular control, which served as the inductory statement of the panel, and the paper presented on the panel by Capitola B. Mattingly, R.N., M.A., Associate Professor of Nursing and Director of Graduate Studies, Duke University School of Nursing.
