A 3-year-old male child was diagnosed with patent ductus arteriosus. The evaluation of this patient by computed tomography (CT) angiography revealed a big tortuous patent ductus arteriosus and proximal left pulmonary artery stenosis. Successful elective surgical repair was undertaken.
