The paper has been retracted by mutual agreement of the editor and authors due to concern that the patient medications described in the article are not accurate. An earlier version of the paper by the authors reviewed by a different journal that described the case included a more detailed account of the patients’ medications. The authors simplified the list of medications in this article, which resulted in the omission of important information. The authors contacted the patient to clarify the details of the medications taken. However, based on the patient’s incomplete recollection after the passage of time, the medications could not be determined with certainty, and accordingly the authors have determined the article is not reliable. The authors have apologized for the error.
