Abstract
A significant challenge for financial institutions is to provide customer on-boarding services that meet regulatory compliance requirements; however, it does present an opportunity for digitally creative businesses like Quantafic Business Solutions. This case study investigates Quantafic’s approach in providing friction free digital solution to its clients in order to overcome the challenges of regulatory environment, and thereby enhance customer experience. We adopted a qualitative methodology and used unstructured interviews. The purpose of choosing this interviewing technique was to ensure an exchange of information and ideas, and improvisation in questioning. Additionally, we applied an inductive approach to analyze the interview data, and develop relevant theories. The Quantafic Business Solutions, started in 2014 and created differentiation through smart analytics-based solutions and intelligent automation for on-boarding services in the banking and NBFC sectors.
