Gli autori descrivono un caso inusuale di condroma intracranico non originante dalla base cranica, bensì dalla falce cerebrale. Il tumore appariva radiologicamente e chirurgicamente ben demarcato dal parenchima circostante. I reperti TAC, RMN e angiografico consentivano di ipotizzare tale diagnosi rispetto a un meningioma e l'esclusione di una lesione metastatica.
