Though cystic tumours in the sellar and juxtasellar regions are frequently encountered, neoplastic fluid-fluid levels (FFL) are rarely found. We describe blood-fluid levels (BFL) in three sellar/juxtasellar neoplasms which include pituitary macroadenoma, suprasellar germinoma and esthesioneuroblastoma.
