A 12-year-old boy with intractabile seizure and MR evidence of an exophitic mass of the right uncus with an enhancing nodule is reported. Histological examination revealed a pleomorphic xantoastrocytoma. On the review of the literature, the peculiar neuroradiological aspects are considered.
