Gli autori descrivono un caso di tumore a cellule giganti del tavolato cranico mettendo a confronto gli aspetti anatomo-patologici della lesione ed i quadri neuroradiologici (TC ed RM). Il tumore a cellule giganti, infatti, è una neoplasia scheletrica estremamente rara a livello dei segmenti ossei a derivazione membranosa.
