Le anomalie corticali sono sempre più spesso riportate fra le cause di epilessia sintomatica. Abbiamo retrospettivamente esaminato le RM di 78 pazienti affetti da disturbi della girazione. Sulla base delle correlazioni fra i reperti RM e i dati clinici e neurofisiologici proponiamo una classificazione morfologica di tali anomalie.
