Abbiamo analizzato 29 esami RM di 20 pazienti affetti da NF1, tutti con lesioni iperintense nelle sequenze T2-pesate che sono tipiche di questa malattia. 5 pazienti sono stati seguiti con follow-up. L'eterogeneità di queste lesioni è dimostrata dalla loro diversa evolutività: alcune sembrano scomparire gradualmente, altre si manifestano in controlli successivi.
