Gli autori presentano un caso in cui esiste un circolo anastomotico fra il sistema vertebro-basilare e quello carotideo attraverso arterie della regione ipotalamo-ipofisaria e sellare, stabilitosi in conseguenza di una occlusione bilaterale delle carotidi interne al collo. Concomita uno pseudotumor ipofisario verificato chirurgicamente con analisi istopatologica.
