Gli autori riportano il caso di una paziente affetta da nevralgia trigeminale. Sia la TC, che, in maniera ancora più evidente la RM, mostrarono un vaso anomalo che comprimeva il trigemino a livello del ponte. L'intervento chirurgico confermò il quadro diagnostico.
