Gli autori riferiscono su di un caso di anomala origine della arteria Faringea Ascendente dalla Carotide Interna. Ricordando le normali tappe embriologiche evolutive, gli autori ipo-tizzano la via alternativa di sviluppo seguita dal soggetto in esame e tracciano, infme, un quadro del bi-lancio emodinamico regionale.
The authors report a case of anomalous origin of the Ascending Pharingeal artery from the Internal Carotid artery. After considering the normal embryonal evolution, the authors suppose the alternative pathway course followed by such a case. As a conclusion, they draw the regional hemodynamic balance.
